MagPro is a topical cream that is made up of Magnesium/MSM/Guiafenesin.

An explanation of each ingredient:

• Magnesium
  Generally used for production and transfer of energy from protein synthesis and for relaxation of muscles and excitability of nerves. Magnesium is important for the stability of cells and supports the muscle tone of blood vessels, helping to promote relaxation.
  
  
• Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM)
  A nutrient from of sulphur found in many common foods such as fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, and eggs. MSM is a mineral that supports connective tissues, immune function and detoxification, and has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties.
  
  
• Guaifenesin
  While its mechanism of action is unknown, anecdotal evidence shows Guaifensesin is a skeletal muscle relaxant and also has analgesic properties.

Application:

The amount of cream needed per application will vary depending upon the size of the muscle group being treated. MagPro can be applied as often as necessary. Using MagPro daily can help prevent muscle pain and will help prevent soreness associated with exercise. Gently rub a small amount of MagPro into the skin around the affected area. Large muscle groups require more treatment like hamstrings, calves, etc. Small muscle groups require less treatment like biceps, shoulders, forearms, etc.
