Policies and Procedures

Shipping information:

All packages will be shipped out within 24-48 hours when in stock.

Most packages will be shipped via UPS. On rare occasions, products may be shipped via FedEx.

There is a $7 shipping charge.

Backorders:

If an item is backordered, we will contact you via email or phone. We will do our best to give you an estimated date of when it will be shipped. It will be up to the customer if the item will be cancelled.

Taxes:

Any orders shipped to an address in the state of Georgia will be charged applicable state sales tax.

Return Policy:

Returns and refunds are accepted within 14 days if the product is unopened.
